Job Summary
We are looking for someone with proven restaurant experience, with a solid background on the grill/fry stations, food handling, and strong knowledge of preparing correct meat temperatures in a fast paced environment.


Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, correct temperatures and quality standards, ensuring consistency.
• Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, managing prep stations, and ensuring all equipment is clean and functional.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by serving as a reliable team player committed to continuous culinary improvement.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
• Follow all food safety regulations
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management  

Qualifications: 

• 2 years previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up  to 40 pounds
