We’re looking for a dependable Line Operator I to operate production equipment and help ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying active, following established processes, and being part of a team.
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Start and stop equipment according to established procedures
Complete equipment and production line changeovers
Monitor equipment and product quality
Follow product specifications and daily production instructions
Complete production, quality, and traceability paperwork
Make minor equipment adjustments to keep production running smoothly
Report equipment problems, product issues, and safety concerns
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Follow all safety, GMP, food safety, and quality procedures
Use a digital production system to track downtime and complete required documentation
Work with your team to meet production goals
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of machine operator or production experience preferred
Ability to learn and operate production equipment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Commitment to safety and quality
This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position. The job may involve:
Standing and walking for extended periods
Reaching, gripping, handling, and repetitive movements
Bending, twisting, crouching, kneeling, or squatting
Occasionally climbing steps or ladders
Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials up to 50 lbs.
Working around machinery and elevated noise levels
Exposure to varying temperatures, heat, humidity, dust, vapors, or strong odors
