We are looking for a Line Mechanic I to help keep production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably.
In this role, you’ll troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, complete equipment changeovers, and help minimize production downtime.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are important.
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
Respond to equipment issues and help minimize downtime
Prioritize repairs based on production needs
Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
Complete equipment and production line changeovers
Operate and maintain production equipment
Use digital systems to document downtime and production information
Complete quality, traceability, and production paperwork accurately
Follow product specifications and quality standards
Report equipment, product, safety, and food-safety concerns
Follow GMPs and all safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
Keep tools and equipment properly accounted for
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Participate in safety training
Perform other duties as assigned
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime when needed
Preferred:
2+ years of machine troubleshooting and repair experience
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Experience with preventative maintenance
Experience performing equipment changeovers

This is a fast-paced, indoor manufacturing environment.
You should be comfortable working around:
Production machinery
High noise levels
Dust, vapors, or strong odors

Occasional heights, ladders, or steps
This position requires the ability to:
Stand and walk for extended periods
Reach with hands and arms
Bend, twist, crouch, kneel, squat, or crawl
Use hands and fingers for gripping, handling, and operating equipment
Perform repetitive movements
Push and pull equipment or materials
Lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds occasionally
Climb ladders or steps occasionally
Maintain focus and concentration in a production environment
