Experienced candidate with a strong background in cosmetics manufacturing, including knowledge and application of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Skilled in ensuring that production operations are performed according to established quality, safety, productivity, and compliance standards.

Experienced in coordinating and leading production teams ranging from 1 to 20 employees. Capable of assigning responsibilities, coordinating daily production activities, monitoring employee performance, and maintaining effective communication between operators, supervisors, and other departments.

Strong ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, resolve production issues, and maintain focus on production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements. Knowledgeable in following SOPs, maintaining proper documentation, supporting cleaning and sanitation procedures, and ensuring GMP compliance.
