Line Cooks

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations within your designated station, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Duties

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as sauces, meats, or pastries, maintaining efficiency and cleanliness throughout your station.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Manage inventory levels within your station, including ordering supplies, controlling waste, and minimizing food costs through effective inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Collaborate with the head chef and other team members on menu planning, daily specials, and catering orders to meet guest expectations.
• Assist in supervising banquet preparations and catering events to ensure timely service and presentation standards are met.
• Participate in shift management duties such as opening/closing procedures, quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness standards across the kitchen.

Experience

• Proven experience working in a professional kitchen with a focus on fine dining or upscale restaurants.
• Demonstrated banquet experience with involvement in large-scale food production and catering events.
• Supervising or team management experience within a culinary setting is highly preferred.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and food handling safety regulations is essential.
• Experience with inventory management systems and food service operations will be advantageous.
