Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers

Join the kitchen team at Everett & Jones Barbeque, a beloved Oakland institution known for authentic, slow-smoked barbecue and genuine hospitality. We're looking for Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers to help us keep our operation running smoothly and our guests satisfied at our new S.F. location.

About the Roles:

• Line Cooks: Cook menu items to order while maintaining a clean, organized station. You'll work the line during service, managing timing and quality to ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our standards.
  
• Prep Cooks: Prepare ingredients according to our recipes, portion items for service, and keep your prep area organized. Your work sets up the line cooks for success.
  
• Dishwashers: Keep our dishes, cookware, and kitchen areas clean and sanitized. You'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring we have clean equipment ready for every service.
