At Le Bayou, we doing things Big Easy style! Our team is cooking up gumbo, shucking oysters, peeling mudbugs and slinging hurricanes on the best block of Bourbon Street. Watch the attractions of the Vieux Carré from the largest balcony on Bourbon! Get your fix of traditional Louisiana Cajun and Creole cuisine like chargrilled oysters, blackened redfish, and fried seafood po' boys and wash it all down with a locally brewed beer...or three.
