We celebrate the rustic, time-honored dishes of his upbringing while showcasing the distinctive regional flavors of Los Altos. Our kitchen operates with respect for ingredients, technique, and the stories behind every dish we serve.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation
  
• Work your assigned station with focus and efficiency during service
  
• Take care of guests at the chef's counter and give exceptional hospitality and a true dining experience
• Follow recipes and plating standards while suggesting improvements when appropriate
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
  
• Receive feedback and continuously refine your skills
