Craft 31 is a locally owned and operated restaurant in Williamsburg, VA, serving gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizzas, fresh raw bar selections, and 31 taps of craft beer. We’re looking for a confident, energetic Line Cook who takes pride in great food and great teamwork.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare menu items quickly, accurately, and consistently
- Communicate clearly and confidently with the kitchen team
- Keep your station stocked, clean, organized, and ready for action
- Work closely with fellow cooks, chefs, servers, and management
- Stay focused, positive, and productive during high-volume shifts
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food-safety procedures
- Take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen
- Speak up, ask questions, and communicate what the team needs to know

- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable communicating with others
- A strong team player who enjoys working alongside people
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Able to stay organized and composed when the kitchen gets busy
- Proud of their work and committed to quality
- Experienced in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- Burger or pizza experience is a plus — we’re willing to train the right person!
