Craft 31 is a busy, locally owned restaurant known for gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizzas, a fresh raw bar, and 31 taps of craft beer. We need a reliable, hardworking Line Cook who knows how to handle high-volume service and takes pride in keeping a kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
We’re looking for more than someone who can cook. We need someone who shows up on time, comes prepared, keeps moving when tickets pile up, and takes initiative when something needs attention.
You should know how to work independently, solve problems on the fly, and keep your station clean and organized—even during the busiest shifts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prepare menu items quickly and consistently during high-volume service.
- Keep up with incoming tickets while maintaining food quality, accuracy, and presentation.
- Take ownership of your station, keeping it clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the rush.
- Stay ahead on prep and anticipate what you'll need before supplies run low.
- Clean as you go instead of letting messes and problems pile up.
- Recognize and correct problems before they slow down the kitchen.
- Communicate clearly with fellow cooks, chefs, and the front-of-house team.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, food safety procedures, and sanitation requirements.
- Jump in to help other stations and teammates when needed.
- Complete closing duties and leave your station ready for the next shift.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Dependable attendance and punctuality. We need someone we can count on.
- Previous line-cook experience; high-volume kitchen experience is strongly preferred.
- The ability to maintain speed, accuracy, and composure during a heavy rush.
- A strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
- Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done.
- Pride in cleanliness, organization, and food quality.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Clear communication and a team-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Burger, pizza, grill, or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus.
