Job Duties & Expectations:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Execute service with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
- Accommodate reasonable special requests while maintaining food quality and service standards.
- Assist with daily food preparation and station setup to ensure a successful service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Properly operate and care for kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Communicate anticipated product shortages or inventory needs to the Executive Chef or kitchen leadership.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
- Remain calm and efficient during busy service periods while maintaining high culinary standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or fine dining kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits:
