Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook with strong grill skills who can deliver accurate, consistent orders during busy service. You’ll bring professional cooking experience—we’ll train you on our Greek recipes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Cook and assemble menu items following recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
- Grill meats to requested doneness while meeting food safety requirements.
- Manage multiple tickets quickly and accurately without missing items or special instructions.
- Coordinate timing with teammates so orders leave complete and correctly prepared.
- Monitor ingredients and restock your station before supplies run low.
- Keep equipment and your station clean, organized, and ready for service.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook/grill experience required.
- Knowledge of meat doneness levels, corresponding internal temperatures, and safe thermometer use.
- Ability to handle high order volumes while maintaining accuracy, quality, and speed.
- Ability to learn recipes quickly and follow instructions consistently.
- Strong food safety practices, personal hygiene, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and clear teamwork and communication.
- Valid food-handler certificate preferred; otherwise, complete a Texas-recognized accredited course within 30 days of employment.
