LINE COOK

The Finch is looking for skilled, dependable, and hardworking Line Cooks to join our opening team at our new Rockwall location! We're looking for individuals who are passionate about great food, quality, and consistency while working as part of a fast-paced culinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and preparation.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous high-volume restaurant cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handler certification required.
