Job Overview:
A fine dining line cook is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen. You’ll work closely with chefs to execute menu items to exact standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
  • Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with prep work (cutting, portioning, sauces, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff during service.
  • Ensure proper plating and portion control.
  • Help manage inventory and minimize waste.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen preferred.
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with classical techniques (French cuisine, sauces, plating).
  • Culinary school training (optional but beneficial).
  • Passion for food, presentation, and hospitality.

Work Environment:
