Line Cook/Prep Cook/Grill Cook (Prossimo)

Prossimo Ristorante is seeking a skilled and experienced Line/Prep Cook to join our team. 

Located on Cherry Street, Prossimo is a small, family owned business that takes great care and pride in our reputation of incredible food and service. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items in a timely and efficient manner
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of dishes
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
