Dos Hermanos is Columbus's go-to spot for authentic Oaxacan food - made from scratch, served with pride, and rooted in community. We're a growing, multi-location restaurant group and we're looking for a skilled, reliable prep cook who loves the craft and wants to be part of something real.
What you'll do
Prepare and execute menu items to spec, consistently and with care
Handle prep work including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times
Follow food safety standards and temperature logs
Work efficiently during high-volume service without compromising quality
Communicate clearly with teammates and front-of-house during service
What we're looking for
1+ years of kitchen experience (line or prep) preferred - but we'll invest in the right person
Open availability including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Passion for good food and a pride in your work
ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
