Line Cook - Starting $20/hour
At The Springs at Whitefish, our dining program is about more than preparing meals. It’s about creating an experience our residents look forward to every day. We’re looking for a Cook who takes pride in preparing fresh, flavorful food and enjoys making a difference through exceptional service.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for our residents using scratch cooking techniques whenever possible.
- Cook a variety of menu items including sauté, grill, pantry, and prep.
- Follow recipes while maintaining consistency, food quality, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to provide an outstanding dining experience.
- Help create an atmosphere where residents feel welcomed and cared for.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has at least one year of cooking experience (scratch cooking preferred).
- Has experience with sauté, grill, pantry, and prep stations.
- Takes pride in preparing flavorful, quality food.
- Communicates well with coworkers, residents, and vendors.
- Is dependable, positive, and accountable.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Has a genuine appreciation for seniors and providing excellent customer service.
- Senior living experience is a plus but not required.

- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
