Clinton Hall is looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. Known for our craft burgers, elevated bar food, and high-energy atmosphere, we re seeking someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in consistency and quality.
Responsibilities:
Execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and speed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with kitchen team and management
Assist with prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a NYC kitchen
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Availability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
NYC Food Handler s Permit is a plus (not required)
