We’re looking for hardworking, passionate Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in serving food made with care and quality. Whether you’re slicing brisket, grilling ribs, or dropping fried pickles, every plate you prepare helps create the 4 Rivers experience our guests know and love.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and plate fresh, delicious meals according to spec
- Master multiple stations — Carving, Grill, Fryer, Sides, and more
- Maintain fast ticket times and consistent food quality
- Communicate clearly with Expo and fellow team members
- Uphold kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
