We are seeking skilled and experienced Line Cooks to join our Pepaj Restaurants Family. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Executive Chef with menu planning, training, scheduling and stepping in as head of kitchen when needed. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers
- Ensure that all meals are presented in an appealing manner
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe development
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the culinary team
Schedule
Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays. 40 hour work week.

Juliette's Coastal | Indialantic
The newest gem in our portfolio, Juliette's is a tropical jewel of a restaurant with a menu that shines. The Mediterranean and Italian based menu blends fresh seafood, handmade pastas and seasonal ingredients to give our guests a taste of the Mediterranean coast. Our inventive cocktails are all handcrafted.
