Line Cook

Alpine Country Club in Highland, UT is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

• Prepare and execute menu items to Alpine Country Club standards
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed
• Work collaboratively with chefs and team members during service
• Assist with prep work, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a high-volume environment
• Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous improvement
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification is a plus)
