Join Our Team
We’re looking for an experienced Secondi / Line Cook to handle our fry and grill stations. This role is key to delivering the perfectly cooked meats, seafood, and sides that define the heart of our main courses. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in precision cooking, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook meats, seafood, and sides on the grill and fry stations to exact specifications
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistency and quality
Plate dishes according to presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
Coordinate with other line cooks to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience on grill and/or fry stations in a high-volume kitchen
Strong understanding of cooking temperatures, timings, and food safety
Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
Team player with excellent communication skills
AM/PM availability preferred
