We're looking for an experienced Line Cook who cares about good food, works well with a team and can keep up in a busy kitchen.

The Job

As a Line Cook at Lucy's, you'll work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team preparing and executing menu items to our standards for quality, consistency and presentation.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and standards
• Setting up and maintaining a clean, organized station
• Completing prep and production for service
• Maintaining food quality and presentation during busy services
• Following proper food handling, sanitation and safety practices
• Communicating and working effectively with the culinary and service teams
• Helping maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked kitchen
• Contributing ideas and creativity when appropriate

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
• Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and stay organized during high-volume service
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Good communication skills
• Genuine interest in food and hospitality
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures and food-safety standards
• Willingness to learn and continue developing culinary skills
