As a Line Cook, you’ll play an important role in bringing our menu to life. You’ll work alongside a team that values
quality, consistency, speed, cleanliness, and—most importantly—working together.
Whether you’re an experienced cook or someone looking to grow your skills in a professional kitchen, we’re looking for someone who is ready to learn, contribute, and take pride in their work.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Consistently prepare food with the proper portion, appearance, flavor, and presentation.
- Work efficiently and accurately during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
- Follow food safety procedures, including proper cooking, holding, cooling, and storage temperatures.
- Use kitchen equipment, knives, and tools safely and correctly.
- Communicate with the kitchen team and management to keep service running smoothly.
- Identify and communicate product shortages, food-quality concerns, or service delays.
- Help maintain appropriate inventory levels and communicate low-stock items.
- Ensure every dish leaving your station meets our standards before it reaches the guest.
- Follow proper procedures when preparing meals for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas throughout the shift.
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen environment.
- Jump in wherever needed to help the entire kitchen succeed.

The Kitchen Environment
This is an active, hands-on position. Line Cooks spend much of their shift standing, moving, cooking, cleaning, and working closely with other team members.
The kitchen can be hot, cold, noisy, and busy, especially during peak service. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while safely navigating a busy kitchen.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Ability to safely move throughout a busy kitchen.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely use knives and other kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work around varying temperatures, noise, and crowded work areas.
