Line Cook – Corporate Dining

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join a corporate dining team. The Line Cook will prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety procedures. This position is responsible for maintaining an efficient cooking station and delivering consistently high-quality food to employees and guests.

The ideal candidate has commercial kitchen experience, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in food quality and presentation.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and production standards.
• Set up and maintain an assigned cooking station.
• Prepare ingredients, including chopping, cutting, measuring, and portioning.
• Operate grills, ovens, fryers, ranges, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, appearance, and cooking temperatures.
• Maintain appropriate food temperatures and follow food safety procedures.
• Prepare food efficiently during meal service and high-volume periods.
• Keep cooking stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food and ingredients.
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed.
• Minimize food waste and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and company procedures.
• Support catering, special events, and other corporate dining activities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with cooks, chefs, servers, and other dining team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
