30hop Restaurant & Bar in Coralville, IA is looking for Line Cooks to join our BOH team!

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day.
Pay
$16 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
Hours & Scheduling
- Part-time position
- Weekend morning availability is required
What You’ll Do
- Prepare ingredients and recipes for daily service
- Set up and maintain a stocked, organized workstation
- Prepare menu items using grills, fryers, sauté stations, broilers, and other kitchen equipment
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and established quality standards
- Rotate, label, store, and handle food properly
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
- Complete cleaning, stocking, inventory, and food-storage tasks as assigned
- Communicate with kitchen leaders and other team members during service
- Assist with both prep and line responsibilities based on the needs of the kitchen
- Complete other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Reliable and ready to contribute each shift
- Able to communicate and work well with others
- Willing to learn, take direction, and help where needed
- Able to stand and move for extended periods of time
- Able to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds
