What You'll Do:
- Execute daily food preparation for our popular shawarma, gyros, fresh salads, and hot entrees
- Manage multiple stations efficiently while upholding speed and accuracy
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and workspaces meet cleanliness protocols
- Work alongside a talented crew to deliver consistent, guest-pleasing results
- Contribute ideas for operational improvements and menu execution
Qualifications:
- Prior line cook experience in a similar restaurant concept is a plus
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations and portion control
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
