What the work looks like
  • Scratch prep and line service — everything made in-house, every day
  • Multiple stations: grill, sauté, cold line, bakehouse support as needed
  • Follow recipes and plating standards, while bringing your own craft to the work
  • Keep your station tight, clean, and food-safe — always
  • Be part of a team that actually communicates and has each other's backs
What we're looking for
  • 1+ year of line cook or kitchen experience — more is great, hunger counts for a lot
  • Solid knife skills and confidence with basic and intermediate techniques
  • Ability to stay composed and communicate clearly when service gets real
  • Team-first. Ego stays at the door.
  • You care about the food. That's not optional.
