Hoang Khao is a family-owned Lao-Thai restaurant in Ankeny. We're growing and need another cook on the line.
What you'll do
Cook dishes to order on the wok line alongside our head chefs. No prep work, ingredients are ready when your shift starts. If you haven't cooked on a wok before, we'll teach you. What we need from you is speed, consistency, and a good attitude during a busy service.
What we're looking for
- Some line cook or kitchen experience preferred (wok experience a plus, not required)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen and taking direction from the chef
- Reliable and on time
- Able to stand for full shifts and work evenings and weekends

- Full time or part time, flexible on schedule
- Pay: $15 to $18.50 per hour depending on experience
- Hours: 11-2 4-8:30
- Small family team, learn authentic Lao and Thai cooking from people who grew up with it
