Summary

We are seeking Line Cooks for the morning shift. This is a vital role supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Located in the United States, this position contributes to our commitment to providing genuine local hospitality through food and service excellence.

Up to $20 an hour with excellent benefit options for full time and some part time.

Responsibilities

Food preparation, working the line and meal assembly to ensure timely service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food prep areas.

Support kitchen staff with inventory management and ingredient handling.

Help with cooking, plating, garnishing, and presentation of dishes.

Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Collaborate with culinary team to uphold quality standards.

Contribute to a positive, efficient kitchen environment.

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food

Cook and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 yrs minimum experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or relevant position
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation
  • Understanding of food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food service operations
