Reporting to the Head of ITS Genetics Lead and for Precision Animal Health ZTD, The LabWare LIMS Systems Engineer is responsible for day-to-day operations and stability of the Kalamazoo based system. This person will also analyze issues related to any performance, optimizing laboratory and digital workflows, and translating complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Description:
Reporting to the Head of ITS Genetics Lead and for Precision Animal Health ZTD, The LabWare LIMS Systems Engineer is responsible for day-to-day operations and stability of the Kalamazoo based system. Ensuring orders are processing and that any impediments are removed blocking the processing of orders impacting the Precision Animal Health business. Reporting to the PAH Tech Digital Department Manager
Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering

This role acts as an expert technical resource ensuring the stability of the system for lab operations.
This person will also analyze issues related to any performance, optimizing laboratory and digital workflows, and translating complex requirements into robust technical solutions
The individual will be a subject matter expert on process flows, code, and business logic, ensuring the LIMS platform supports operational excellence, compliance, and strategic growth.
