Job Summary
Seeking a LIMS Specialist with strong hands-on LabWare LIMS configuration experience, preferably LabWare 8, to support GMP laboratory operations involving raw materials, commercial products, stability testing, and laboratory equipment workflows.
Responsibilities
- Configure LabWare LIMS master data for raw materials, commercial products, stability testing, and laboratory equipment.
- Build and maintain test workflows, approved test methods, product specifications, and sampling plans.
- Apply standardized templates and controlled configuration practices.
- Translate regulatory, quality, and operational requirements into compliant LIMS configurations.
- Support validation activities, documentation, and requirements traceability according to internal procedures.
- Configure and troubleshoot instrument interfaces and integrations with laboratory systems, including LabX.
- Support parsing scripts where required and permitted by company standards.
- Troubleshoot configuration, connectivity, and data flow issues affecting live laboratory operations.
- Collaborate with laboratory and site teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and sustainable workflows.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on LabWare LIMS configuration experience; LabWare 8 strongly preferred.
- Strong experience with LabWare in GMP laboratory operations.
- Experience with raw material testing and commercial product testing.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment workflows, stability processes, master data, and test methods.
- Experience with instrument integrations and laboratory system interfaces.
- Understanding of GMP compliance, validation documentation, and requirements traceability.
- Must be able to work onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA, 50% of the time.
Preferred Skills
- LabWare LIMS 8 implementation experience.
- LabX integration experience.
- Experience supporting stability workflows and commercial product processes.
- Knowledge of laboratory instrument interfaces and data parsing.
Pay Scale
Anticipated hourly pay range: $65/hr to $70/hr.
