Description
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lottery Machine Technician to service and maintain Limited Video Lottery equipment at our West Virginia locations.
Responsibilities
Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair LVL gaming terminals.
Service kiosks, ATMs, and related gaming equipment.
Diagnose computer, electrical, network, and mechanical problems.
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
Respond promptly to service calls and machine outages.
Install and replace parts, printers, bill acceptors, monitors, cables, and other components.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
Travel between customer locations using a company vehicle.
Maintain professional relationships with location owners and employees.
Follow company security procedures and all applicable West Virginia Lottery requirements.
Protect keys, equipment, sensitive information, and other company property.
Requirements
Basic computer, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Dependable and able to work independently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and move equipment as necessary.
Must meet applicable West Virginia Lottery licensing and regulatory requirements.
Previous gaming or electronics experience is preferred, but training may be provided.
