Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lottery Machine Technician to service and maintain Limited Video Lottery equipment at our West Virginia locations.


Responsibilities


  • Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair LVL gaming terminals.
  • Service kiosks, ATMs, and related gaming equipment.
  • Diagnose computer, electrical, network, and mechanical problems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and machine outages.
  • Install and replace parts, printers, bill acceptors, monitors, cables, and other components.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
  • Travel between customer locations using a company vehicle.
  • Maintain professional relationships with location owners and employees.
  • Follow company security procedures and all applicable West Virginia Lottery requirements.
  • Protect keys, equipment, sensitive information, and other company property.
Requirements


  • Basic computer, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as necessary.
  • Must meet applicable West Virginia Lottery licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Previous gaming or electronics experience is preferred, but training may be provided.
