The Development Project Asset Manager will oversee the management and development of affordable housing projects, ensuring their successful execution and long-term sustainability. This role requires expertise in acquisitions, project management and devlivery and asset management and a commitment to the affordable housing sector.Client DetailsThis opportunity is with a well-established, mid-sized organization specializing in LIHTC and Section 8 real estate development and management. The company is dedicated to creating and maintaining affordable housing solutions, focusing on community impact and operational excellence. The client will consider candidates who are open to traveling for 2-3 weeks at a time or who can travel 2-3 days per week, at least for the first 6 months - a generous peridiem will be paid.
