About the Employer

F.J. White Learning Center serves our students in grades TK-2. Castle Rock Elementary School serves our students in grades 3-5. Woodlake Valley Middle School serves our students in grades 6-8. Woodlake High School serves grades 9-12 students, and the Three Rivers and Seville students join the district. Bravo Lake also serves students in grades 9-12 who need an alternative setting. Woodlake Community Day School serves students in grades 7-12.

Job Summary

Job Summary

The job of "Light Maintenance" is done for the purpose/s of maintaining facilities in safe operating condition; maintaining a preventive maintenance program; and resolving immediate operational and/or safety concerns. As a Bus Driver, the position is done for the purpose of transporting students over scheduled routes and/or special excursions; enforcing rules, regulations, and laws to maintain safety during transport; ensuring the vehicle is in a safe operating condition; and ensuring safety of students during transport, loading and unloading from buses.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Stand for prolonged periods, maintain simple records, lift and move equipment and furniture 50 lbs; •Follow, understand and carry out oral and written instructions; work independently with minimal supervision; perform a variety of tasks; Carry, use and climb a ladder safely; •Pre-employment physical; Valid CPR/First Aid Certification; •Obtain and maintain a Valid California School Bus Driver s License to be eligible to receive a one-time stipend of $2,000 (paid monthly); •When called upon to drive, will be paid 3 ranges higher.

• Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma or equivalent)
