Light Industrial - Warehouse Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring efficient material handling, and operating various types of forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pick, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Accurately pack and stage orders
• Ensure shipments are processed correctly and on time
• Unload incoming deliveries and verify materials and quantities
• Organize and stock warehouse inventory accurately
• Perform inventory and cycle counts
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts, Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Pallet Jacks

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Sit-Down Forklift experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience up to 10 feet high
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Reach Trucks and Electric Pallet Jacks
• Comfortable with basic computer usage and warehouse management systems
