About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our client's team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment, performing material handling tasks, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pick, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Accurately pack and stage orders
• Ensure shipments are processed correctly and on time
• Unload incoming deliveries
• Verify incoming materials and quantities
• Receive, stage, and stock inventory accurately
• Organize warehouse inventory
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
• Restock locations as needed
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies
• Inspect materials for damage or defects
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Operate Sit-Down Forklifts
• Operate Order Pickers up to 10 feet or higher
• Operate Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks as required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Sit-Down Forklift experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience up to 10 feet high
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and transportation

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience operating Reach Trucks and Electric Pallet Jacks
• Basic computer usage, internet navigation, email communication, and basic Microsoft Excel functions
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners
