Light Industrial - Warehouse Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a dynamic team in the warehousing sector. In this role, you will contribute to managing inventory, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
• Assist with various tasks such as floating between different roles as needed.

Requirements

• Basic Math Skills
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for 8 hours
• Strong consecutive work history, not necessarily in a warehouse

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory
• Customer Service skills, particularly from Lowe's or Home Depot
• Forklift Operator experience, particularly with sit-down propane forklifts

Salary & Benefits
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am to 4:00 pm, with 8 hours within this range. 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Pay range and benefits to be discussed during the interview.
