Responsibilities
- Utilize an RF scanner or computer to pick and pack orders across ambient, cool room, and freezer locations.
- Operate specialized warehouse equipment and perform routine inspections.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and ensure accurate product verification.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse environment.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
- Be willing to work overtime as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or at least 2 years of warehouse or similar industry experience.
- Ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Capability to work in varying temperatures: ambient, cooler (approx. 40 degrees), and freezer (approx. -20 degrees).
- Regular attendance and adherence to safety regulations.
Preferences
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Previous distribution experience.
- Experience in a cold chain environment.
