[Responsibilities]
- Plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair internal and external aircraft structures
- Interpret and apply engineering drawings, technical manuals, and FAA requirements
- Perform quality inspections and maintain detailed records of completed work
- Utilize specialized tools and adhere to stringent safety and FOD protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support aircraft modifications and upgrades
- Comply with all government and site-specific COVID-19 safety protocols
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Structures Mechanic in an aerospace or defense environment
- Proficient with aircraft structure modification, fabrication, and assembly
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and FAA regulations
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Documented COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as scheduled

- FOD & Tool Control training
- Familiarity with Non-powered Ground Support Equipment
- Egress Systems Familiarization
- HAZMAT Storage/Handling experience
- Aircraft records management expertise
