[Responsibilities]
- Receive, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies within the warehouse
- Examine stock to ensure conformance to specifications and invoices
- Store articles based on identifying factors and best storage practices
- Fill orders and issue supplies as requested from existing stock
- Requisition additional stock to fulfill incoming orders
- Prepare detailed stock usage and inventory reports
- Determine optimal storage methods based on temperature, humidity, weight, turnover, and space requirements
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 5 years' experience as a stock assistant
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
- Proficient in manual and clerical stock handling duties
- Keen attention to detail in inventory verification and reporting
- Ability to follow storage guidelines for safety and efficiency
