[Responsibilities]
- Load and unload materials by hand or using equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and electric dollies
- Move and convey items within the warehouse, yard, or plant site
- Open containers, count, weigh, and record material information using hand tools and computer systems
- Place materials onto pallets, racks, trays, conveyors, or into trucks for transport
- Assist machine operators by lifting and positioning heavy objects using manual or powered hoists
- Maintain accurate inventory records in various databases
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Minimum 15 years experience as a Material Handler in a light industrial or warehouse environment
- Proficient with inventory management systems and general computer skills
- Strong ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, stacking, and moving materials
- Experience with forklifts, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- High attention to detail and proven record-keeping abilities
