Our client is a respected commercial contractor specializing in industrial, warehouse, distribution, and commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast. Assist in the management of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project workflow. Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all project sites. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met. Support the Project Manager in evaluating subcontractor performance and managing contracts. Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and bids.

1-3 years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Project Manager. Experience with industrial, warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing construction projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, and project administration. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control principles. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is preferred.
