Lift Truck Maintenance Technician, PM, Industrial Maint - Jacksonville

have mechanical and diagnostic knowledge of powered industrial equipment, as well as, knowledge of circuits and operational sequence of components. experience maintaining powered industrial trucks (electric powered forklifts).

Required Qualifications
The required qualifications for this position include:

• be at least 18 years old (or at least 19 years old for positions in Alabama
• ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time
• ability to lift a minimum of 65 pounds 
• ability to stand, stoop, crouch, kneel, lift, reach, push, and pull
• ability to obtain certification and operate powered industrial equipment 
• ability to read, write, and solve math problems
• ability to provide own hand tools 
• successfully complete the following tests (before his or her start date in the position)

  • Space Visualization
  • Mechanical Aptitude

• ability to interpret, understand, and follow instructions
• ability to  generate and process work on a computerized maintenance-management system

Preferred Qualifications

• current Industrial Maintenance associate
  have mechanical and diagnostic knowledge of powered industrial equipment, as well as, knowledge of circuits and operational sequence of components
• ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics, and technical manuals
  experience maintaining powered industrial trucks (electric powered forklifts)
• working knowledge of hydraulic systems
• working knowledge of D.C. voltage circuits and operational sequence of components
