    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Lift Operator  maintains orderly passenger traffic, advises and assists guest as needed, maintains a responsible surveillance of the particular lift station, and overall, assumes responsibility of the lift for the assigned shift.

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Excellent English Communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a professional manner
    • Ability to observe and apply all applicable safety standards
    • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
    • Demonstrates time management skills.
    • Using logic and reasoning to offer solutions to problems.
    • Teaches others new processes and procedures.
    • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and proved snow removal as needed

    MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide, at all times, superior guest service
    • Set up and control of a lift line maze access, including ticket verification.
    • Prevention of fraudulent lift access.
    • Maintain knowledge of & abiding to company policy of dealing with fraudulent tickets & passes
    • Always provide safe and efficient operating control over the lift
    • Pay attention to the loading and unloading of guests
    • Must assist with snow removal
    • Preparation and upkeep of the load and unload zones.
    • Maintain accurate written daily reports
    • In addition to the uniform issued, it will be required to provide: Gloves or mittens, Eyewear (goggles/sunglasses), Thermal wear, Black ski/snow pants.
