Overview
Brighton Resort is looking for fun, energetic, and enthusiastic people to join our Lift Operations Team! Lift Operators play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and memorable mountain experience for every guest. This position is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a close-knit team, and sharing the excitement of skiing and snowboarding with our guests.
Lift Operators focus on safety, efficiency, and guest service while operating chairlifts and assisting riders of all ability levels. Duties include loading and unloading guests, monitoring lift operations, maintaining a safe environment, and helping guests have fun while they enjoy "The Greatest Snow on Earth." No prior experience is necessary-we'll provide all the training you need!

At Brighton, Lift Operator roles are available in both full-time and part-time schedules so you can find the fit that works best for you. All operators must be available to work during peak holiday periods.

Operating lifts according to all procedures, adjusting speeds when necessary for safety, and completing daily inspections and logs accurately.

Effectively managing lines and loading chairs to full capacity.

Keeping loading and unloading areas safe and well-prepared through regular snow removal, ramp raking, and hazard checks, ensuring reliable and efficient operations all season.

Supporting your teammates, sharing knowledge, and communicating effectively with ski patrol, lift maintenance, and other departments to keep the mountain running smoothly.
