Lewis Apartment Communities is seeking an energetic, creative, and service-focused Lifestyle Director to develop and lead an exciting resident lifestyle program at Homecoming at The Resort, one of our premier apartment communities in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the face of community engagement-planning memorable events, fostering resident relationships, and creating an exceptional living experience that residents are proud to call home. What You'll Do
As our Lifestyle Director, you will create a vibrant calendar of events and activities that enhance the resident experience while supporting community goals. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Develop, monitor, and manage monthly and annual event budgets, including purchasing, invoicing, and expense tracking.

NOTE: Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required to travel between company communities and/or the corporate office.
SALARY & SCHEDULE: In addition to annual bonus and raise eligibility, this career will receive an hourly pay range of $25-26/hour per experience, a cellphone allowance of $60/month, a variety of health benefits to choose from, a 401k with company match, and much more. Days off for this role are Sun/Mon, 9am-6pm. Your schedule will require flexibility to support resident events and community activities, as needed.
