Life Sciences Recruiter

Responsibilities: of the Recruiter include: · Manage full life cycle recruiting from requisition creation through offer stage · Create and manage requisitions within Workday ATS · Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools · Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, facilitate debriefs, and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process · Support offer and onboarding activities · Assist with internship recruiting initiatives and maintain recruiting documentation and workflow materials · Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders while maintaining accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics Qualifications: for the Recruiter include: · Bachelor's degree required · Minimum 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience · Experience using Workday ATS, including creating and managing requisitions · Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter · Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills · Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite · Experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred · Prior in-house recruiting and/or agency recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities preferred · Experience supporting internship or early talent programs preferred · Ability to work onsite in Silver Spring, MD a minimum of 2 days per week · Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: for the Recruiter includes: · Rate Range: $40-$50/hr, depending on experience · Comprehensive Benefit Package: Cigna Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as Required by Law This job is open for applications on September 22, 2026.
