About the role:

The Process Blueprint Lead owns the methodology and standards for how processes are redesigned across all transformation programs. This role is the primary design thinker for the engagement - mapping how work gets done today, designing the future-state human + AI operating model, and ensuring every reinvention initiative builds to a consistent, high-quality blueprint. This role sits at the intersection of business design and AI enablement.

The work:

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams, ensuring every pod follows a consistent approach before any technology is built
• Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope - understanding how work actually gets done, where friction exists, and what the data shows about productivity and capacity gaps
• Design the future-state operating model including human + AI process flows, role definition changes, and governance structures
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client's functional leaders, driving to clear design decisions without losing rigor
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable that defines the reinvented operating model and foundations for all execution workstreams
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to quantified value and are technically executable
