You Are:
A finance transformation professional who combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of Life Sciences business models. You are comfortable supporting Finance transformation across processes such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury, while building expertise in industry-specific areas including Clinical and R&D Finance, Commercial Finance, Gross-to-Net, Product Costing, and Supply Chain Finance. You translate business requirements into practical process, data, and technology solutions and collaborate effectively with client and project teams.
The work:
- Support Finance transformation workstreams from analysis and design through implementation.
- Document current-state processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, and help define target-state processes and requirements.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesize findings, and translate them into clear client-ready insights and recommendations.
- Support Life Sciences Finance initiatives across core Finance and industry-specific domains, including Clinical and R&D Finance, Commercial and Gross-to-Net Finance, and Product Costing and Supply Chain Finance.
- Participate in client interviews, workshops, working sessions, and design reviews; prepare materials and accurately capture decisions and action items.
- Develop deliverables such as process flows, requirements, operating model components, business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Work with functional and technology teams to translate Finance needs into data, analytics, automation, ERP, EPM, and emerging technology solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, change management, and value realization activities.
- Contribute to proposals, research, points of view, and practice-building activities.
- Stay current on Life Sciences, Finance, regulatory, data, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI trends.
- Collaborate with and support the development of analysts and other team members.
